New Jersey Cheerleading & Dance Coaches Association, ( NJCDCA) Inc., formally known as NJCCA, is a 501C-3 non-profit organization, was founded in 1991, to foster safety, sportsmanship, education and support to all who are involved in cheerleading and Dance in the State of New Jersey.

The AACCA Spirit Safety Certification Program is one of the most popular courses taken by cheer/dance coaches. All New Jersey Coaches are now required by the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) to be CPR certified.
